It means the centre back will miss Wanderers' home match against Hartlepool United on Saturday.
It is the first time Pierre has been called up by Grenada and he is the only newcomer to their squad but it means big problems for Wanderers as he is the club's last fully match fit centre half.
Danny Rowe is battling his way back from a groin injury, while Anthony Stewart is out until Christmas. But Blues can call on Janoi Donacien the cenral defender they have borrowed from Aston Villa.
