Wycombe Wanderers have moved to quash reports linking Aaron Pierre with a move to League One Fleetwood Town.
Sources close to the club say that there has been no official bid for the 22-yaer-old despite reports suggesting he has been the subject of an offer of close to £100,000.
National media reports claimed that the Blues were holding out for in the region for £350,000 for Pierre, who has been at the club since 2014.
Pierre has 18 months left to run on his current contract and has been a key performer at the heart of the Wycombe defence this season.
He put in a strong display in the 1-1 FA Cup draw against Aston Villa in which he shackled Rudy Gestede and is set to turn out in tomorrow night’s replay at Villa Park.
