Longhurst stars in the pool

SWIMMING: George Longhurst won medals in nine of the 11 events he entered at Wycombe District Swim Club’s Level 2 Long Course Meet which brought swimmers from all over the country to Handy Cross last weekend.

The ten-year-old Wycombe District Swimmer won seven events and medalled in three others. He missed out on Top Swimmer of the Meet though, with that honour going to a boy who entered four more events than him.
