WYCOMBE and District Swimming Club took over 40 swimmers to the Newbury Open on Saturday, with more than 90 per cent of them achieving personal bests.
Kayla Dreisinger finished with four golds and a bronze in the girls 13/14 year 200m individual medley, 100m freestyle, 100m breaststroke, 100m backstroke and 100m butterfly.
Matthew Sowerby and Joe Ruler both picked up three golds apiece.
Sowerby came out on top in the boys 13/14 year 100m freestyle, 100m backstroke and 200m individual medley while also collecting a silver in the 100m breaststroke.
Ruler finished first in the boys 11/12 year 100m backstroke, 100m freestyle and 200m individual medley.
Elsewhere, Sam Straughan was the star for Wycombe in the District Championships at Crawley.
Straughan picked up silvers in the 13-year boys 400m freestyle and the 1,500m freestyle, adding a bronze in the 200m individual medley.
Daniel Crawford finished fourth in the boys 14-year 200m backstroke and Evie Lees did likewise in the 200m ten- year girls freestyle.
Amersham swimmer Sophie Elphick picked up a bronze medal in the 11-year 100m backstroke.
Meanwhile, Lees, Abbie Clarke, Jordan Kendal and Liam Jones all struck gold for Wycombe in the first round of the Milton Keynes & District Junior League on Saturday.
Clare Walduck, Carrick Blore and Alice Hall were victorious for Amersham in the same meet.
The nine-year girls medley team of lice Hall, Briony Ceuvorst, Connie Lewis and Michelle Mitchell and 11-year boys freestyle relay team of Will Robertson, Elliot Lewis, Alex Finn and Blore were also winners.
