TOMMY Fletcher is set to go out on loan again after impressing during a spell at Chesham United.

The 19-year-old defender was back in the Wanderers squad at Cheltenham on Saturday, but manager Gareth Ainsworth said he'd rather send him back out again to get more experience.

He added however he would have no qualms about putting Fletcher into his team if he had to.

Ainsworth said: "Speaking to his manager at Chesham he came on leaps and bounds and finished strongly.

"The next stage will be getting him out to a higher level to see where he is and make a decision whether he's ready for the first team.

"If Tommy does find himself in the team, he has to take his chance."

Fletcher would be allowed to join a club below the Conference Premier outside of the loan transfer window.
