Aaron Holloway has become the third player this week to confirm he will be staying with Wanderers until the end of the season.

The former Welsh youth international forward has penned a deal to remain at Adams Park until the end of the current campaign, after his previous short-term contract was due to expire.

Injuries have restricted him to 15 appearances but he has impressed with his strength and hold-up play in recent weeks.

The former Cardiff, Bristol City and Newport man was offered a short term deal after a spell as a trialist in the summer.

He has so far scored one goal for Blues, a last minute equaliser against Northampton Town in October.

Manager Gareth Ainsworth said: "We’ve always said that Aaron is a work in progress because he needed to be given the opportunity to build up his fitness and prove his potential.

"I’m really pleased with how far he’s developed so far and I’m excited to keep him here so we can continue to bring the best out of him over the coming months."

Holloway follows Alfie Mawson and Danny Rowe in confirming they will be staying at Adams Park until the end of the season.
