Blues fans will be asked to invest money to raise working capital for the club.
Wycombe Wanderers Trust will announce the launch of their community share scheme at a meeting on March 19.
The Trust had originally planned to outline their plans at their AGM last Thursday, but, due to the time consumed by the election of four new directors, decided to postpone the announcement until this month’s meeting.
Wanderers manager Gareth Ainsworth will be in attendance at the event, which takes place at the Vere Suite at Adams Park and is open to non-members.
Doors are open from 6:30pm with the meeting starting at 8pm.
