HIGH Wycombe Ladies have the title in sight after crushing top of the table Underhill at Green Dragon Lane on Sunday.
Wycombe won the toss and inserted their guests, and Mandy Prime’s wicket early in the match was a sign of their intent.
Captain Angeli Lotay turned the screw further with two wickets in the fifth over and further wickets from Eleanor Gill, Shona Heal and a catch from the skipper at mid-wicket demolished Underhill’s batting order.
They were all out of just 62 in the 25th over, which never troubled High Wycombe.
Openers Katie Hudson and Lotay did the business themselves, finishing unbeaten on 34 and 25 respectively to wrap up a ten-wicket demolition.
They host Ealing CC at London Road this weekend.
