THE Bucks Free Press has five pairs of tickets to be won for the opening of the Words and Wickets Cricket Festival at Wormsley, starting this Thursday.
An all-star line-up includes comedians Ben Miller, Miles Jupp, Andy Zaltzman and music by Joe Stilgoe and Mark Butcher and his band.
Guests can enjoy cricket cabaret from authors, musicians and raconteurs who love, play or work around the game, while WordTheatre will read prize winning stories from the first Words and Wickets Cricket Writing Competition for Children.
Gates open from 3.30pm.
Jamie Oliver will be providing food and drink or bring your own picnic.
The gala kicks off a three-day event Words and Wickets – a festival of cricket and literature at Wormsley with teams of Actors, Authors and Musicians battling it out on the pitch.
To win tickets just answer the following question: Who won the second Test between England and India at Lord's this week?
