The Bucks under-15 girl’s rugby team overcame Oxfordshire by a score of 12-5 on Sunday.
The side featured 10 members of High Wycombe’s Baby Belles side with many of their players producing match winning moments.
The first points of the day went to the visitors as the High Wycombe half back pairing of Rachel Herbie and Melody Czakan combined to devastating effect.
Herbie distributed the ball on the halfway line and Czakan set off on a penetrating run that split the Oxfordhire defence before offloading to Seren Pepperall.
Pepperall crashed over the line and Czakan inevitably added the extras to make it 7-0 at the interval.
The second half started in a similar way as Pepperall again scored, this time after scooping up a loose ball to touch down in the corner.
The home side scored a late try but it proved to be academic as the Baby Belles inspired Bucks side secured the win.
