Wycombe Wanderers goalkeeper Matt Ingram claims any suggestions he is set to leave the club are simply rumours.
He has been linked with a number of Championship and even Premier League sides in the build up to the January window.
However, the 22-year-old, who has spent his entire career at the club, expressed his desire to remain at the Blues.
He said: “It is just all rumours as far as I am concerned. I am a Wycombe Wanderers player and it is not something that I pay any attention to.”
With Ingram playing over 130 times for his hometown club he has developed a strong connection with Wanderers.
Like all footballers he aspires to play at the highest level of the club game and added that he would like to one day do so with Wycombe.
Obviously everyone aspires to play at a higher level, hopefully I can get there with Wycombe Wanderers,” Ingram explained.
“Everyone wants to play at a higher level and you wouldn’t be in the job if you didn’t want to play Championship or Premier League football.”
