Chesham United ended their Southern Premier Division campaign in style as they recorded a 4-2 victory over St Neots Town last night.

The result sees Chesham end the season in the top half of the table in 11th place ahead of their Berks & Bucks Senior Cup Final against Aylesbury on Monday.

Kelvin Bossman was one of the Generals main threats as he scored twice in what was United manager Andy Leese’s 260th win in charge of the club.

The victory made it two victories in a row for the Generals after they ended a run of six games in a row without a win on Saturday.

They are hitting form at the right time and will head into their cup final in confident mood. Leese’s men have already beaten Aylesbury twice this season and a third on Monday would provide the ideal conclusion to an eventful campaign
