Chesham United stretched their unbeaten run to six games as they took four points from matches against Weymouth and Kings Langley.

Saturday saw them held to a 1-1 draw by Town before they enjoyed a 2-1 away win over Langley on Bank Holiday Monday.

Chalfont St Peter’s unbeaten run in the Southern Division One Central came to an end on Monday as they fell to a 2-0 defeat to Barton Rovers.

The result came two days after Charlie Strutton’s strike proved the difference in a 1-0 win over Arlesey Town. The Saints are second after the weekend’s results.

Marlow are hot on their heels after claiming back-to-back wins over the weekend as they beat Northwood 2-1 and Petersfield Town 2-0.

In the same division, a 5-1 trouncing at the hands of Bedford Town was soon forgotten by Beaconsfield SYCOB as they bounced back with a 5-0 bank holiday win over Kidlington.

Spartan South Midland Premier League side Holmer Green were on fine form on Saturday as goals from Ryan Tackley, Greg Deer and Perry Dicker gave them a 3-1 win.

The result was particularly pleasing as Green were forced to play over 50 minutes with 10 men after Jamie Britnell was sent off for two bookable offences.

Amersham Town had a weekend to forget after enduring a 4-0 defeat to Totternhoe on Saturday followed by a 7-0 humbling at the hands of Aston Clinton.

The defeats leave them 14th in the South Midlands Division Two.

Flackwell Heath went down to a 2-1 defeat to Highworth Town in the Hellenic League Premier Division.
