In this week’s sport, we will be launching our new school sports pages and invite students, parents and teachers to email or ring in with their achievements in sport at school.
Now the new term has started, there are likely to be pupils who have excelled in football, cricket, rugby, athletics and many more and Bucks Free Press sports reporter, Nicholas Tunney, is looking forward to working more closely with schools in south Bucks.
He said: “I think the coverage will be a great opportunity for students to showcase their superb achievements and we will be launching the new page next week so please contact me with your stories regarding any honours or recognition your child has got thanks to sport at school and we will endeavour to make this a regular piece in the paper.
“Primary schools, secondary schools, we want to hear from you.”
