ANNA Croft made a startling diving debut at the National Novice and Intermediate Championships in Cheltenham, winning her event by a landslide.

Croft finished more than 40 points clear of her nearest rivals in the girls 12-13 group, while Amersham Swimming Club team-mate Elizabeth Cullen was second in the girls 10-11 year group, while Christian Ditchburn edged out clubmate Harry Hunter in the intermediate boys 14-15 year category.

Completing the medal-haul, Katie Burton was consistently good to take the novice girls under 10 category.
