Bucks name side for MCC match

BUCKS CC have picked players from Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross and High Wycombe for their second Minor Counties Championship match of the season.

Hosted by Gerrards Cross CC from Sunday to Tuesday, Bucks have picked home opener Hamza Taj and quick bowler Vikram Banerjee in the side.

Jason Harrison and Luke Walker from Beaconsfield also play, along with Wycombe’s wicket-keeper/batsman David Cranfield-Thompson.

The full team is: Harrison (Beaconsfield CC), Taj (Gerrards Cross CC), Qureshi (Tring Park CC), Walker (Beaconsfield CC), Payne (Tring Park CC), Cranfield-Thompson (High Wycombe CC), Pope (Weybridge CC), Ali (Dinton CC), Banerjee (Gerrards Cross CC), King (Harefield CC) and Stanway (Tring Park CC).
