WYCOMBE Warriors captain Keith Newell has challenged his team to make a flying start to the new Home Counties Cricket League season when they go to Radlett on Saturday.
Newell has taken over from Gregg Pooley as captain of the side this season.
He said: "The first six games or so sets you up for the season, so it's very important you get a good start.
"But Radlett finished above us last season and I'm sure they're saying the same things to their local paper."
