AMERSHAM star Nicola Sanders has been given a boost in her bid for Olympic glory with one of her main rivals dropping out the 400m.
American runner Allyson Felix has announced she will skip the 400m to concentrate on the 100m and 200m events.
Felix won the Qatar Super Grand Prix in 49.83 seconds on Friday to shoot to the top of world ranking.
