Bucks rowers impress in GB trials

KATHERINE Grainger was beaten into third place at the GB winter assessments in Boston this weekend.

She finished behind her crew mate at the London Games Anna Watkins.

Meanwhile, in the Open Men's group Greg Searle finished fourth while Mark Hunter was also fourth in the Lightweight Men's group, just two seconds off first.

Zac Purchase was ruled out of the trials with illness.
