LIFE doesn’t get much easier for Wasps after kicking off their Aviva Premiership season against Saracens tomorrow.

Champions of England Northampton Saints are next up and they also have Harlequins, Bath and Sale away in an opening block of six games.

On paper, only Newcastle at home is one that Wasps will be clear favourites to win.

Director of rugby Dai Young said: “I’m looking forward to our opening five or six fixtures.

“It will give us a real marker and if we can come away with a big points haul from those games it will put us in a strong position.

“But the flip side is with the teams we’re playing, we could quite easily put ourselves under a lot of pressure.”
