WASPS' final game in High Wycombe will be against Castres in the European Rugby Champions Cup in early December.
They have confirmed their first match at their new home ground of the Ricoh Arena will be against London Irish in the Aviva Premiership on December 21.
They play Castres home and away on December 7 and 14, although it has yet to be confirmed whether they'll play the first match at home.
The game will bring the curtain down on 12 years at Adams Park, during which time they twice were crowned European champions and won the domestic title four times.
