Situated between Estepona and the world famous Puerto Banus, a gated complex built in 2004. Five minutes from the numerous local beaches it also overlooks a small golf course and country club. There are two swimming pools and beautiful tropical gardens within the complex.

The apartment is on two levels. On the first level the large lounge/dining room and the master bedroom both have sliding doors onto the breakfast terrace where you can catch the morning sun. The bedroom is en suite and the kitchen is fully fitted. Internal stairs take you to the penthouse which has two further bedrooms, one en suite and the other has a shower room and toilet. Both bedrooms have sliding doors opening onto a massive private roof terrace. The size of the terrace is unbelievable with sun all day, a dining area, a barbeque, sun beds and an outside shower. With the highest elevation on the complex the views are fantastic.

There is an elevator available from the gardens or the underground car park. All the bedrooms have twin beds, there is a double sprung sofa bed and air conditioning/heating available.

There is a management team on site.

The cost to rent the apartment is between £360 to £650 per week, irrespective of the size of party (up to eight people).
