Headmaster Gregg Davies commented, “We are delighted with this year’s results which are due to the hard work and commitment of both our pupils and our staff. The results are excellent and the best that have been achieved so far and provide evidence for Shiplake’s continuing improvement in raw academic results. However, we will never be a slave to just raw results and will continue to ensure that our pupils develop intellectually during their time here. Thus we fully expect our academic value-added results to eclipse even these splendid A2 and GCSE results. Our recent ISI inspection highlighted the College’s many strengths and the achievements of our pupils are testament to this. I wish all our students the very best of luck as they move on to the next stage.”
