The Wye Valley School Special Ladies

Hello im Jasen Hammond 17 years of age and a student from The Wye Valley School.

This story is to show the appreciated help and friendly ladies from the Wye Valley School in Bourne End.

The school itself is a specialist sports collage and is a specialist school special educational needs and a ASD department.

The ladies I am of course talking about is Linda J Melton(executive head) , Mrs Karen Thomas ASD Head and Mrs Helen Heman. Ultimate Sen Cordinator I shall first start with the wonders of Linda Melton's reign over the Wye Valley School. In the past 40 years at Wye Valley from the start as a teacher at the bottom and a geography expert to the top executive head the school.

She has been a inspriation and a very sucess ladies who has made a difference to me and to all that knew her.

She now goes on from September 2010 to sail the world and retire in to a life she can live happily - all I say is bon voyage and happy retirement Linda!

Mrs Karen Thomas joined the school in 2006 as a simple teaching assistant to Learning support unit and has been a lady with a great sensor of humor and a very loving personalities .

She has been a person everyone could talk to and received great help and support and throughout her time. She has been and still is with them here at Wye Valley and in late 2009 she was appointed the head mistress of the asd department. She did an outstanding job and is greatly loved for all the changes and support she has shown to us, keep going karen you will be the best forever!

Now where to start for Mrs Helen Herman, she arrived at Wye Valley in 2001/2 as the new Sen co-orindator for the school and has since that point in time made the unit a sucessful, much loved enviroment.

I had great times and real supportive times when we meet first in 2004, she has brought me and others through the years at Wye Valley and has made my life a great deal better.

She has made a friend in everyone and has, over the last few years where life had became tough and very unplesant, stood by and supported me.

All I can say is thank you Helen Herman and retire a happy succesful lady to all those you have helped.
