Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust invites patients and the public to attend our annual general meeting on Wednesday 3 August, from 10am in the education centre at Amersham Hospital.

The meeting will highlight our achievements during the past 12 months. These include: • Successful integration with community services • Development of new services, such as the Buckinghamshire Neurorehabilitation Unit (BNRU) at Amersham Hospital which offers specialist inpatient rehabilitation for patients with neurological conditions • Continued improvement of current services and environment, such as the refurbishment of the Wycombe birth centre • Recognition of the high quality of care provided by all staff, for example, our endoscopy unit was awarded a national accreditation by the Joint Advisory Group (JAG) who recognised it as one of the top five in the country.

We will also outline our plans for the coming year as we continue to develop services closer-to-home and progress with our plans to become an NHS Foundation Trust.

The AGM will be held in the education centre, Amersham Hospital, Whielden Street, Amersham, HP7 0JD.
