A PAINTER and decorator from Prestwood was found hanging from a tree in his neighbour’s garden, an inquest heard today.
The body of 30-year-old Francesco Passaro was discovered by his mother in the garden on Wycombe Road, Prestwood on May 5 after she came to his house to visit.
Buckinghamshire Coroner Richard Hulett heard that Mr Passaro lived alone but had a daughter and another baby due.
His mother, Suzanne Passaro, told the court she had seen her son a few days earlier and that he seemed distressed after breaking up with the mother of his unborn baby.
A toxicology report found that Mr Passaro had an alcohol level which was three times over the legal driving limit.
A pathologist report found the primary cause of death was fatal pressure to the neck.
PC Laura Logan told Beaconsfield Coroner’s Court that after a search of his home, no note of any sort was found.
Mr Hulett said: “It looks exactly as if he made a firm decision to bring his life to a close.”
The Coroner recorded a verdict that Mr Passaro took his own life.
