Noooooooooo! This could be Dad’s last day in the jungle. I can’t believe as we sleep tonight he will be fighting for survival against Eric. I hope he gives it everything and doesn’t just leave it for Eric because of the lure of home. I think he could do it, but Eric is very cocky and determined, so who knows how things will unravel. Does this mean that if he does leave he will miss out on his bridge and fireworks moment? We’re torn because we have been desperate to see him do a Bush Tucker trial, but not with such a vital outcome...
‘Drown and Out’ would definitely not be Dad’s ideal trial. I think that Hugo was really brave to offer himself up for a task like that. It is nice to hear Dad encouraging him, especially as Mum has become good friends with his girlfriend Natalie on the outside. I think Hugo was grateful for his words of wisdom as he left the camp for the Bush Tucker clearing. I think this was the worst task yet, we were so impressed that he managed to get all the stars.
Interesting to see the nation learned that Dad wears M&S underwear. We also learned more about Helen’s beauty regime... bless her. Eric is such a wind up merchant and is being so mean to her.
We love the camp meddling task. David was so smooth at hiding that mirror! Who would have thought that it would cause so much panic! I really hope it continues, because if Dad stays, he would be really brilliant at it. Hugo’s response to Ashley screaming is one of my favourite moments of the series so far though.
I hope everybody sends out some good vibes for Dad’s trial, thank you for all the support!
