Ms M Murphy has written this poem to ask the council to clear mud on the road: Driving along Wycombe Lane, Mud on the road, yet again, The hoses they spray across the road, I’ll try and walk, a different mode, Puddles of water on the path, Try to walk through, you’re having a laugh Mud, chalk, water galore, The lorries, they spray it right up the car door, My tyres should be black, the road grey, Instead they are white from all the spray, Come on the council, do something about this, A clean car and road would be just bliss. — Ms M Murphy, Wycombe Lane, Wooburn Green
