Parked cars cause an obstruction
Re: Parents given parking tickets while picking up their children from school Perhaps the man that received a ticket should try walking? Although pavements are sometimes impossible to walk on due to cars parking on them, pavements are for pedestrians. Parking half on a yellow line is an offence and an obstruction – or are they just decoration? — Wendy Tomlin, Holmer Green
