The message: more effective measures are needed worldwide to bring down carbon emissions. That ought to dispel the myth that such measures have been dreamt up by governments as a way of raising taxes and controlling people’s behaviour.

Even so, I expect climate fantasists like Anthony Weeden to continue parading such myths in letters to the Bucks Free Press.
