WHILE driving with my 16-year-old daughter, in an erratic fashion as I attempted to avoid potholes in Hazlemere, she asked me a very pertinent question.
Are the roads in North America, or Scandinavia, or central Europe – well anywhere that experiences a lot of snow each year – covered in potholes each spring? If not, why don’t we make our roads of the same material?
Any idea?
