PLEASE before we worry about larger parking areas for football fans, can we firstly give more thought to the rest of the public (particularly the older members) and restore our old (Sainsbury’s) open air car park. It gave such easy access to the town and shops. I am not alone in hating the larger multi-storey car parks.

I am unable to use the ‘take a ticket’ machines to get in and out and so now never visit High Wycombe any more and have heard others saying the same. Wycombe was a lovely market town, now it doesn’t seem to know what it is – except a big mess of lights, roundabouts and a dying town centre.

So sad!
