I AM researching my second book and hoping one of your readers may remember Harry Sharp who lived at Homeleigh in Station Road, Amersham on the Hill during the 1940s and 1950s. The house was at the Chesham end of Station Road, next door but one to the old Station Hotel and fairly close to Miss Andrews, a dressmaker who lived at Fig Cottage and Mr Mayger, a decorator at a house called Mignan.
