Eat less and live longer

RESEARCHERS at University College – London have made a significant breakthrough that may affect nearly all of us. They say that reducing food intake by 40 per cent could increase our lifespan by some 20 years.

In addition, they say a restricted diet could have positive outcomes in controlling dementia and even cancer.

Good news.

I dare say that reducing the food intake of an anorexic for example would somehat decrease their lifespan.....
