WARNER (nByrne) Theresa Esther It is with great sorrow to announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Nan & Great Grandma, who passed away on July 12th 2021 Aged 77. Funeral service to be held at St Wulstan's RC Church on Tuesday 17th August at 11.00am followed by Committal at 12.30pm at The Chilterns Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations if desired to South Bucks Hospice, c/o The Cooperative Funeralcare Hazlemere Buckinghamshire HP15 7AA. No longer in our lives to share but in our hearts you're always there.
