TRAVIS, Ronald David Died at home after a long and distressing illness, on Saturday, 19th May, 2007, just three days before his 68th birthday. Funeral Service at Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham (Hampden Chapel) on Friday, 1st June at 2.00pm.
