SMITH Brian Passed away on 18th August 2018 aged 73 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Jackie, children Kim, Martine, Tracy and Daryl and all his family and friends. Funeral Service will take place at the Chilterns Crematorium Hampden Chapel on Wednesday 5th September at 2pm. Family flowers only please.
