Michael Hugh Putnam 26 September 1932 30 August 2018 Passed away at Wycombe Hospital Cardiac Unit on Thursday, 30th August, following a period of ill-health. A beloved and devoted father and grandfather, Michael will be deeply missed by his family and friends. A service of thanksgiving will take place at St John's Church, Lacey Green at 2.15pm on Monday, 17th September, 2018. Family flowers only, but donations welcomed to The Cardiac Research Team at Wycombe Hospital c/o Surman and Horwood 01844 274842.
