Walsh, Tom Passed away peacefully on 1st May 2019 with family, aged 80 years, after a long illness. Love you forever, Jane, Mike and Ben. Funeral will be at the Chilterns Crematorium, Whielden Lane, Amersham HP7 0ND on Friday 17th May at 2:30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Willen Hospice.
