For planning permission to: Description of proposed development Application for variation of Condition 3 of Planning Permission 17/06861 to provide additional accommodation within the roof space and amend the description of development to 43 sheltered apartments for the elderly and increase the parking space provision from 28 spaces to 34 spaces.
