THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Hammersley Lane, Penn in the Parish of Chepping Wycombe CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hammersley Lane from junction of Sandpits Lane for adistance of approximately 114 metres. Alternative route: School Road, Elm Road, Church Road, Witheridge Lane, Penn Road, Station Road, Aylesbury End, Wycombe End, Windsor End, White Hill, London Road, Knaves Beech, Knaves Beech Way, Hammersley Lane. The closure is required whilst reinstatement in the carriageway works take place commencing on 16 September 2019 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 16 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 13 September 2019

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Up Corner, Chalfont St Giles in the Parish of Chalfont St. Giles CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Up Corner for adistanceof approximately 35 metres. Alternative route: Back Lane, Deanway, High Street. The closure is required whilst New gas connection works take place commencing on 23 September 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The closure is required whilst repairs to aleaking main in the carriageway works take place commencing on 23 September 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. Access to residents at all times. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Broad Lane, Windsor Hill, Wycombe End, Wooburn Green Lane, Holtspur Lane, The Green, Town Lane, Brookbank, Kiln Lane, Widmoor. The closure is required whilst BT pole replacement works take place commencing on 17 September 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Amersham Road), (Little Missenden) (Temporary Speed Restriction) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from exceeding the temporary speed limit of 50mph on Amersham Road, Little Missenden from the junction of Highmore Cottages to Keepers Lane. The closure is required whilst HS2 speed restriction for safety of operatives on site works take place commencing on 21 September 2019. The proposed Order will come into operation on 21 September 2019 and will remain in force until 31 December 2026 when the appropriate signs are lawfully displayed.

The closure is required whilst repair to leaking ferrule in the carriageway works take place commencing on 30 September 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The closure is required whilst BT Openreach cabling and tree cutting works take place commencing on 24 September 2019 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
