THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The council intends to make Buckinghamshire County Council (Temporary prohibiton of through traffic) (Herberts hole, Little Hundridge Lane, Pednor Top) Order, 2019, which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Herberts Hole, Little Hundridge Lane, Pednor Top as specified in the schedule below. The closures are required whilst Hire-A-Lite cabling works take place between 06 January 2020 and 08 January 2020. The proposed order will come into operation on 06 January 2020 amd will be in effect when signed and between times as per schedule below on the days signed, with amaximum duration of 18 months. SCHEDULE -"AR" ^Alternative route Herberts Hole in its enitre length of the road. AR-Little Hundridge Lane, Chesham Road, Kings Lane and Ballinger Road. Little Hundridge Lane in its entire length of the road. AR-Chesham Road, Kings Lane, Ballinger Road, Herberts Hole and Village Road. Pednor Top for its entire length of the road. AR-Pednor Top, Pednor Bottom to Pednor Top, Pednor Bottom and Pednor Road. Dated 13 December 2019

PLEASE NOTE: The full duration of this multi-order is to allowcoordinationofanumberofworks, andflexibilitygiven their weather dependant nature. The actual times that each road will be closed for will be much less than this, and could be either day or night works only. The full details will be publicised on one.network when confirmed, with signs on the affected road erected two weeks before the closure.

The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpaths No.3 &5Parish of Shabbington) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2019, made on 25 June 2019 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has with the approval of the Secretary ofState for Transport been continued in force until 31 December 2020 or until the completion of the works whichever is the earlier. The effect of the order is to continue the prohibition of any person from proceeding, except for access, in part of Public Footpath No.3 from the junction with Dukes Close to the junction with Public Footpath No.4 and part of Public Footpath No.5 from the junction with Dukes Close to the junction with Public Footpath No.4 in Parish ofShabbington. The closure is required in the interest of public safety and site security during development of the site. There isnoalternative route other than the existing public highway.

Alternative route: Deadhearn Lane, NightingalesLane. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water new water connection take place commencing on7January 2020 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 7January 2020, as signed, with maximum18months duration.

Alternative route: Asheridge Road, Hivings Hill, Mount Nugent, Chesham Road, Bank Green. The closure is required whilst sewer connection works take place commencing on 6January 2020 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6January 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
