WYCOMBE DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (VARIATION) ORDER 2020 NOTICE OF MAKING
NOTICE is hereby given that Wycombe District Council has made the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 amending the Wycombe District Council (Off Street) Parking Places Order 2019 and all previous Orders. The effect of the Order is to vary the Wycombe District Council (Off Street) Parking Places Order 2019:
1. To add the 9 car parks listed in the table at (a) below to Schedule 1.
2. To vary the maximum stay to 72 hours of the 20 car parks listed at (b) below at Schedule 1. (a) the following car parks shall be added to Schedule 1 and the enforceable boundary of the car parks added to Schedule 2 to reflect the rules pertaining to those locations:

(b) To amend the ‘Hours of Operation’ for the following car parks in Schedule 1 of the Off Street Order 2019 to say “All hours – max stay up to 72 hours”.

The Order was made on 15 January2020 and will come into effect on 20 January2020. HP111BB between 8:45 am and 4:45 pm Mondays to Fridays. These documents can also be viewed on the Council'swebsite atconsultationewycombe.gov.uk If anyperson wishes to question the validity of the Order or of anyofits provisions on the grounds thatit or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or thatany requirement of thatAct or of any instrument made under thatAct has not been complied with, thatperson may, within 6weeks from the date on which the Order was made apply for the purpose to the High Court.
