NOTICE OF PROPOSAL WYCOMBE DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (VARIATION NO. 21 ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council "the Council" as successor authority to Wycombe District Council pursuant to the Local Government (Structural Changes) (Transfer of Functions, Property, Rights and Liabilities) Regulations 2008 propose to make an Order under Section 32 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which amends the Wycombe District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2019 as varied by the Wycombe District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Variation) Order 2020 ("the Off Street Order 2019").
2. The effect of the proposed Order is to:
(a) to insert the following entry into Schedule 1 to the Off Street order 2019:
Handy Cross Park and Ride, High Wycombe
Hours of Operation
Open 24 hours.
Class of Vehicles
Monday-Sunday including Bank Holidays Charges apply at all
Up to 30 minutes - free
Up to 4 hours -£1.20
Up to 10 hours -£3.00
Up to 24 hours -£4.00
Up to 48 hours -£8.00
Up to 72 hours -£12.00
Up to 96 hours -£16.00
MAXIMUM STAY 96 hours
Class 3 - FOC, as long as the vehicle is registered with Parking Services.
Christmas Day, official Boxing Day and Easter Sunday -Free
1 month £60
2 months £120
3 months £180
4 months £240
5 months £300
6 months £360
7 months £420
8 months £480
9 months £540
10 months £600
11 months £660
12 months £720
(c) the effect of the proposed order is to introduce parking charges in the Handy Cross Park and Ride car park in High Wycombe.
