BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Four Ashes Road, Church Lane, Cryers Hill in the Parish of Hughenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Four Ashes Road, Church Lane for approximately 213m. Alternative route: Four Ashes Road, Cryers Hill Road, Cryers Hill Lane, North Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach tree cutting take place commencing on 5 October 2021 between 09:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 October 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Northend Road, Northend in the Parish of Turville CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Northend Road for approximately 135m. Alternative route: Northend Road, Road Between Hartwood And Northend, Road Between Hollandridge Lane To Hartwood, Hollandridge Lane, Road Running Through Christmas Common From Hollandridge Lane To The Old Church, Greenfield, Section Of B480 Known As Patemore Lane, Section Of B480 Running Through Pishill, Road Running Through Stonor, Balhanus Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water disconnection take place commencing on 4 October 2021. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 4 October 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (High Street, Princes Risborough in the Parish of Princes Risborough CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in High Street for approximately 35m. Alternative route: Church Street, Stratton Road, Manor Park Avenue, Station Road, Wycombe Road, Bell Street and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water new connection take place commencing on 4 October 2021 between 20:00 and 06:00. Road will be closed at night only between 20:00-06:00. Road will be open by 06:00 each day. The proposed Order will come into operation on 4 October 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The effect of the Order is to introduce a 50MPH Speed Limit between a point 70m north of A355 junction with Tower Road and existing terminal sign towards Whipass Hill. NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER, THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.59, HIGH WYCOMBE) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2021 On 22 September 2021, Buckmghamsbire Council confirmed the above Order made under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath running from SU87752-91090 on the Order map NNW for 377m to SU87575-91424 as shown by a bold black line, to a line running from SU87686-91219 on the Order map NNE for 54m to SU87710-91266 then E for 1 lm to SU87723-91269 then NE for 15m to SU87732-91281 then ENE for 8m to SU87739-91287 then NNW for 19m to SU87729-91301 then N for 45m to SU87727-91345 then ENE for 16m to SU87741-91350 as shown by bold black dashes and having a width of 2m throughout. This Order comes into force on the date on which Buckinghamshire Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Shotfield Road, Lane End in the Parish of Lane End CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Shotfield Road for approximately 131m. Alternative route: Shotfield Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst resurfacing works take place commencing on 18 October 2021. The proposed Order will come into operation on 18 October 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (ELECTRIC SCOOTER) EXPERIMENTAL

(MODIFICATION) (No. 2)
TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2021
PUBLIC NOTICE
On the 29th September 2021 Buckinghamshire Council ("the Council") made the above mentioned Order ("the Experimental Order") under sections 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and after consultation with Thames Valley Police. The effect of the Experimental Order is to extend the operation of the Electric Scooters trials as authorised by the Department for Transport within the County of Buckinghamshire. Whilst the Experimental Order is in force the relevant Traffic Regulation Orders in force within the boundary of the Council shall continue to be varied so as to permit Electric Scooters to travel in the cycle lanes and cycle tracks as specified in the Schedule of the Experimental Traffic Regulation Order 2020 (as amended by the Experimental Modification Order 2021), providing that Electric Scooters will not be permitted for use on any highway in the county with a signed speed limit of 50mph or more.

The above Experimental Order comes into operation on 1st October 2021 for a period of six months and, in this time, the Council will continue to consider if the provisions of the Experimental Order should be continued in force indefinitely.
Within a period of 6 months from the date of this Notice or if the Experimental Order is varied by another Order or modified pursuant to Section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1984 ("the Act") beginning with the day on which the variation or modification or the latest version of the variation or modification comes into force, any person may object to the making of the Experimental Order for the purpose of its indefinite continuation. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Experimental Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or that are not within the powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply for that purpose to the High Court.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Lee Road, Saunderton in the Parish of Bledlow-cum-Saunderton CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Lee Road for approximately 428m. Alternative route: Upper Icknield Way, Shootacre Lane, Wycombe Road, Lee Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst UKPN cabling installation works take place commencing on 11 October 2021. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. Golf Club will be informed of access. The proposed Order will come into operation on 11 October 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Frieth Road, Marlow in the Parish of Great Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Frieth Road for approximately 143m. Alternative route: Frieth Road, Chalkpit Lane, Oxford Road, Queens Road, Dean Street, Seymour Plain, Marlow Road, High Street, Finings Road, Church Road, Moor Common, Moorend Common and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole testing works take place commencing on 13 October 2021 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 October 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Orchard Lane, Prestwood in the Parish of Great Missenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Orchard Lane for approximately 43m. Alternative route: Orchard Lane, Honor Road, Nairdwood Lane, High Street and vice versa. The closure is required whilst UKPN new connection works take place commencing on 11 October 2021. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 11 October 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Swan Bottom Road, Lee Clump Road, The Lee To Kings Lane, Kings Lane, Potter Row, Ballinger Road, Village Road, Chartridge Lane, Red Lion Hill, Swan Bottom and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity water repair/renew service pipe works take place commencing on 11 October 2021. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 11 October 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
