Buckinghamshire County Council (Falcons Croft, Wooburn Moor in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2016

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Falcons Croft, Wooburn Moor in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2016 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Watery Lane from junction of Watery Lane to Shelley Close. Alternative route: no diversion route is required. The closure is required whilst service pipe relay takes place commencing on 15th December 2016 between 0930 and 1530. The proposed Order will come into operation on 15th December 2016, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Skirmett Road, Hambleden in the Parish of Hambleden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2016 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Skirmett Road from junction ofColstrope Lane to Bacres Barn. Alternative route: Skirmett Road, Henley Road, Marlow Road, Northfield End, Fairmile, Section Of B480 Through Lower Assendon, Section Of B480 Through Middle Assendon, Road BetweenLittle BixFarmAnd Middle Assendon Farm, Road Running Through Stonor, Balham's Lane, Balhams Lane, Dolesden Lane, Fingest Road, Fingest Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst cabinet installation takes place commencing on 12th December2016. The proposed Orderwillcome into operation on 12th December 2016, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(WYCOMBE DISTRICT) (KNIGHTS TEMPLAR & FAIR RIDGE) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2016

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire County Council has made the above-named Order under Sections 9, 10 and Parts III and IV of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The effect of the Order is to introduce small sections ofdouble yellow lines to facilitate access on Daws Hill Lane, Knights Templar Way, Romsey Way, Wallingford Gardens, Sandford Gardens, Westminster Close, extend existing double yellow lines on The Spinney, and introduce a 24 hour permit holder only parking zone F for Fair Ridge, The Spinney and Foxleigh.

The Orderwill come into operation on 12th December2016 and is due to lastfor a maximumof18 months. A copy ofthe Order and Plans showing the lengths ofroad affected, togetherwitha copy ofthe Council's Statementof Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. Further details are also available on the Buckinghamshire County Council web site under current consultations. Buckinghamshire County Council will consider in due course whether the provisions ofthe experimental order should be continued in force indefinitely. Within a period ofsix months beginning from the date on which the experimental order came into force, or ifthat order is varied by another order or modified pursuant to Section 10(2)ofthe 1984 Act, beginning with the day onwhich the variation or modification or the latest variation or modification came into force, any person may object to the making of an order for the purpose of such indefinite continuation. Any such objections must be in writing and state the grounds on which it is made and be sent to the Parking Manager, Transport for Buckinghamshire, New County Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury HP20 1UY or by email to parkingqueries@buckscc.gov.uk. All comments will be welcome in order that the effectiveness ofthe scheme may be judged.
