THE ST ALBANS CITY AND DISTRICT COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, ST ALBANS)(DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St Albans City and District Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Orders will come into effect on 28th May 2018.
The general effect of the Order would be to introduce disabled parking bays in various roads in St Albans City and District to allow disabled Badge holders only to park as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The order will also remove disabled parking bays that are no longer required as specified in the schedule to this Notice.
