THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2018 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in that length of Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley from apoint immediately south ofthe footbridge crossing the Fawley Court Long Water (point Aonthe plan) to the northern point of afootbridge by the old Fawley Court boathouse (at point Bonthe plan) atotaldistance of 138metres. Alternativeroute is from point A, south of the footbridge over the Long Water in asouth westerly direction for 27 metres then in asoutherly direction parallel with the definitive line for 98 metres, then in asouth easterly direction for 34 metres to rejoin the definitive line at point B. The closure is required in the interest of public safety to enable the landowner to set up, operate and remove temporary structures on the River Thames riverbank for the purpose of the Fawley River Club during the Henley Royal Regatta. The Order will come into operation on 27 June 2018, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

Notice is hereby given that Galliford Try is applying for planning permission from Buckinghamshire County Council for The erection of asingle storey Waste Transfer Station (WTS) containing three designated waste halls to accept green, food and bulky waste, asegregated area for fly tipped waste and space for internal waste shredding and the reorientation of four external storage bays, the placement of hardstanding, the creation of aquarantine area, the retention and refurbishment of the existing BCC office, and construction of anew contractors office and ancillary development including internal access roads, parking, a gatehouse, two weighbridges, cycle and smoking shelter, fire water tanks, waste water tank, wheel wash, drainage and attenuation systems, HGV laybys and the continued use of an existing workshop.
The reason for the notice is: Further information has been received in relation to: Green Belt, Tonnages, Vehicle Movements, Lighting, Trees, Building Colour, Drainage, Odour and Landscape.The application is an EIA application and accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposal constitutes amajor development. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions ofthe development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. The application was made on 6th March 2018 and first publicised in the newspaper on 23rd March 2018. Members of the public may inspect: the further information, the application, plans, the Environmental Statement and other documents submitted with it in person at County Hall, Walton Street, Aylesbury at all reasonable hours until 2nd July 2018. It is also available to view online until 2nd July 2018 at http://publicaccess.buckscc.gov.uk/ online-applications using the reference number below.
