(Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2018 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2018 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in that length of Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley from apoint immediately south ofthe footbridge crossing the Fawley Court Long Water (point Aonthe plan) to the northern point of afootbridge by the old Fawley Court boathouse (at point Bonthe plan) atotaldistance of 138metres. Alternativeroute is from point A, south of the footbridge over the Long Water in asouth westerly direction for 27 metres then in asoutherly direction parallel with the definitive line for 98 metres, then in asouth easterly direction for 34 metres to rejoin the definitive line at point B. The closure is required in the interest of public safety to enable the landowner to set up, operate and remove temporary structures on the River Thames riverbank for the purpose of the Fawley River Club during the Henley Royal Regatta. The Order will come into operation on 27 June 2018, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Upper Icknield Way, Whiteleaf in the Parish of Princes Risborough CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2018 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Upper Icknield Way from junction of Peters Lane to its junction with Whiteleaf Way. Alternative route: The Holloway, Upper Icknield Way, Cadsden Road, Aylesbury Road and Peters Lane. The closure is required whilst electric cabling works take place commencing on 02 July 2018 between 0700 and 1700. The proposed Order will come into operation on 02 July 2018, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 22 June 2018
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (West Lane, Bledlow in the Parish of Bledlow-cum-Saunderton CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2018 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in West Lane from junction of Chinnor Road to its junction with Church End. Alternative route: Chinnor Road, Perry Lane and Church End. The closure is required whilst drainage improvement works take place commencing on 02 July 2018. The proposed Order will come into operation on 2July2018, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Queen Alexandra Road and Suffield Road, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2018 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Queen Alexandra Road and Suffield Road from junction ofA404 to its junction with Loakes Road. Alternative route: Suffield Road, Desborough Avenue, West Wycombe Road, Oxford Road and Abbey Way Gyratory. The closure is required whilst road improvement works take place commencing on 09 July 2018 between 1900 and 0700. The proposed Order will come into operation on 09 July 2018, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Frieth Hill, Frieth in the Parish of Hambleden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2018 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Frieth Hill outside Yew Tree Pub. Alternative route: Ellery Rise, Perrin Springs Lane, Spurgrove Lane, Innings Road and Frieth Hill. The closure is required whilst new water connection works take place commencing on 28 June 2018. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 June 2018, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
