THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 16 Iver) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2017, made on 2 October 2017, under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport been continued in force and will continue until 2 April 2020 or until the completion of the works whichever is the earlier. The effect of the order is to temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in the entire length of Public FootpathNo. No. 16, Iver from its junction with public footpath No. 17 Iver for a distance of approximately 23m to a point approximately 251m South East of junction with public bridleway No. 30 Iver. The closure is required in the interests ofpublic safetyto enable the construction ofa new bridge. The alternative route is via the existing public highway. Penalties for not observingthese restrictions will be as prescribed in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Road Traffic Act 1991.
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Butlers Court Road, Beaconsfield in the Parish of Beaconsfield CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Butlers Court Road from junction of Wycombe End for a distance of approximately 29 metres. Alternative route: Wattleton Road, Walkwood Rise, Wycombe End and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water new connection works take place commencing on 8 April 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 8 April 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 28 March 2019
